A huge secret is being made about “Tenet”, you don't really know what it's about, nor do we get to see the so-called “prologue” on the Internet, which is cinema-exclusive. There is also no trailer yet - but finally the first pictures!

With "Tenet", "Dark Knight" and "Inception" director Christopher Nolan is bringing a film to the cinemas on July 16, 2020, which has at least made it into third place of our most anticipated films for the coming year. The 3Movierulz editorial team is so excited as to be interested in what Tenet is all about and what the whole Chose looks like.

After all, we can now take a first look at Robert Pattinson ("The Lighthouse") and Elizabeth Debicki ("The Great Gatsby") in their roles, and the second, so to speak, at John David Washington ("BlacKkKlansman"). With Washington it is the second because he was the only actor to be seen in the short "Tenet" teaser, which was released in summer 2019 - but only in the cinema.

But enough of the preface, here are the two pictures that Entertainment Weekly has published exclusively:

Anyone who knows a little bit about the film business knows that the first pictures almost always mean that the first trailer will follow very soon. And we would have expected this soon anyway, because the first scenes are not the only thing that is new to "Tenet".

As of today, in front of “Star Wars 9: The Rise of Skywalkers”, there is a whopping six minutes and 30 seconds of preview, the so-called “prologue”. It will reveal more details about "Tenet" and we will also see the clip in German cinemas - most likely, however, only in IMAX screenings.

FIRST "TENET" TRAILER IS COMING SOON

The catch: The prologue is also not supposed to be officially published on the Internet, but the first trailer will finally reach us shortly - it has already been checked by the FSK and approved for ages 12 and up, the length is 2 minutes and 7 seconds. And that should finally please the online audience.

"Tenet" starts on July 16, 2020, in the cinema. If you want to know which two films we look forward to the evening more in 2020 than Christopher Nolan's spy thriller, which was shot in seven countries and also with u. a. Michael Caine, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Kenneth Branagh and Dimple Kapadia is busy, then check out our great annual preview:
