Among Spider-Man's opponents are some without superpowers. A new trailer for the home cinema release of "Far From Home" now refers to the surprise cameo of the film...

Attention, Spoiler to "Spider-Man: Far From Home"!

Usually, surprising cameos are guarded by studios like eyeballs. But Sony's promotion of the upcoming home release of "Spider-Man: Far From Home" starring Tom Holland in the title role takes every opportunity to further enhance Peter Parker's already high popularity and perhaps spider disputes with Disney distract.

Just last week a pseudo-trailer was released for Night Monkey, now a new clip causes a stir. Starring J. K Simmons as the iconic Spidey enemy and editor-in-chief of the Daily Bugle, J. Jonah Jameson rages against the Spider Avenger.

Through the video, the studio reveals one of the biggest surprises of MCU's blockbuster "Spider-Man: Far From Home," directed by Jon Watts. Because Simmons strong and unexpected appearance during the credits of "Far From Home" is a curious rarity. Simmons already portrayed Jameson in the "Spider-Man" trilogy by Sam Raimi with his loud organ and stinging joke, which is still celebrated among comic fans as one of the best character adaptations of all time.

It is the first time that a character from a non-MCU film in the MCU is being made by the same actor. But while there are clear parallels to Simmons earlier appearances, meanwhile, Jameson has adapted significantly to modern times.

At the same time, the fictional website TheDailyBugle.net went online and the MCU-Jameson seems to be more of a hateful internet and video blogger than a newspaper mogul, who is unpleasantly reminded of actually existing conspiracy theorists with their "fake news". And with the Internet becoming a place to let off steam, it's the perfect place for Jameson to cultivate his irrational hatred of Spider-Man. More Jameson tirades, especially in future films, seem so pre-programmed.

MORE BONUS MATERIAL IN "SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME"

That we get to see even more of Jameson, is not excluded. As Comic Book Movie reports, the DVD and Blu-ray from "Spider-Man: Far From Home" will include some bonus material and cut scenes. These include Peter Parker's To-Do-List (seen online since Monday), the fight against a mafia family and sequences with the drones from "Homecoming" and "Star Wars" toys.

While "Spider-Man: Far From Home" is already available digitally in the USA and from October 1st, 2019 also on DVD and Blu-ray, the German spider-fan has to be patient. "Spider-Man: Far From Home" will be released in Germany on November 1, 2019, as Video-On-Demand and on November 14, 2019, like DVD and Blu-ray.
