Avengers: Endgame Kevin Feige talks about the scene removed from Thanos's bone throne and the severed head of Captain America
The president of Marvel Studios believes that there is a 'concept-art' of that moment set in the future that was left out of the tape of the Russo Brothers.
Avengers: Endgame has some of the most epic scenes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the film by Russo Brothers could include one that would have left the franchise fans open-mouthed. Long ago, screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely revealed that one of the original plans of the film was that Thanos (Josh Brolin) traveled to the past to kill the Avengers and take a trophy: the head of Steve Rogers / Captain America (Chris Evans). This moment never reached the big screen, but Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, has spoken about him and acknowledged that "there could be a piece of 'concept-art' somewhere" in that particular scene.

"One of the ideas was that, when they finished their robbery [of the Gems of Infinity] through time, they returned to a world [in 2023] that Thanos had conquered and that involved a throne made with bones and skulls and he pulled, like a bowling ball, the decapitated head of Captain America, still with the mask, towards Captain America, "Feige acknowledges in Empire. "It was pretty cool, but the logic to get there defeated us," he continues.
If I had reached the movie, it could have been one of the darkest and most gloomy scenes in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. Will we ever see the 'concept-art' of that moment? Every fan of the franchise expects it to come to light and, knowing how well Marvel Studios does by surprising universe followers with images never seen before when they least expect it, is likely to happen sooner or later.
After the premiere of Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Away from home, Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has come to an end. It will be Black Widow, the solo tape of Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), which will open Phase 4 of the franchise. He directs Cate Shortland and the film features in his cast Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova), Rachel Weisz (Melina), David Harbor (Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian) and O.T. Fagbenle (Mason). The movie will hit theaters on May 1, 2020 - still without a confirmed date in Spain.
